It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles Farmer on Monday, March 4, 2019 at his home in Graham. Charles was a charter member of the “Lone Star Road Warriors.” The Road Warriors were Lone Star employees who were always ready and kept a bag packed to roll wherever and whenever we had big auctions around the country from 1988 on. We could count on Charles and Charlotte to go anywhere anytime we needed them which was often. Charles was a bid spotter and worked checkout and security for our big U. S. Marshals Service jewelry auctions and California Unclaimed Safe Deposit auctions in Beverly Hills over ten years. Besides Beverly Hills for six or seven state auctions, they worked big seized jewelry auctions with us for the USMS in Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, Reno, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Arlington and San Antonio. They were always there for us for 100 State of Texas fleet auctions in Austin with Lone Star. More important is that he was a great friend to everyone and a really fun and funny guy.
