Payment must be made in full at the end of the auction by either cash, cashier's check or check with an original bank letter of guarantee. All bank letters of guarantee MUST be on original bank letterhead, signed by your bank officer and MUST read:

The Auctioneer has absolutely no authority to accept personal or company checks without bank letter of guarantee as described above!
Buyers will be required to complete and sign Certification forms in acordance with the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984, which prohibits property from being sold to a defendant or a person acting as his agent.
The US Marshals Service reserves the right to withdraw specific property from the auction up to the time of sale. During the sale of property, the USMS retains full right of acceptance or rejection of any and all offers, including counter-offers, backup offers and final bids.

THE 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo REQUIRES A $10,000.00 DEPOSIT TO PREVIEW AND/OR BID. Any bidder who fails to pay for their purchases will forfeit
their entire $10,000.00 deposit without recourse. Deposit will be refunded to all unsuccessful bidders.
