unqualified payment to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. on the account #_____ up to the amount of $_____. This letter expires August 3, 2010. No Stop payment
will be issued.
(Expiration date must be so stated at a minimum, but may be
increased to six months or a year, as one chooses.) |

Auctioneer has absolutely no authority to accept checks without bank letter of guarantee!
Buyers will be required to complete and sign Certification forms in acordance with the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984, which prohibits property from being sold to a defendant or a person acting as his agent.
The US Marshals Service reserves the right to withdraw specific property from the auction up to the time of sale. During the sale of property, the USMS retains full right of acceptance or rejection of any and all offers, including counter-offers, backup offers and final bids.
